The action will pick back up in Week 24 as the AL finishes its season and the NL dwindles down to its final remaining games in Week 25. The White Stockings have a magic number of one, so their clinching of the AL pennant is pretty much inevitable, but Pittsburgh's magic number is still at ten as they just can't pull away from Brooklyn.
